WONDER OF NATURE.
A friend of mine had already traveled to Australia and strongly advised us to go through Karijini Park.
Johan and I had in mind to stay only 1 day. In the end, we stayed 3 days!
With its 6 274 km 2 , is the 2 th largest Western Australia park behind the Rudall River National Park. It also brings together three Aboriginal tribes: Banyjima, Kurrama and Innawonga.
2.5 billion years old, the region is illustrated by its red earth, its immense gorges, chasms and waterfalls, its flowers and its varied fauna.
We took advantage of the landscape, a small swim in the cool waters, a few hikes … It was really a very nice discovery.
MONT BRUCE.
On our way, we climbed Mount Bruce which remains one of our favorites. A hike that we did in 6:00 round trip. At the start, the route is easy because the elevation is quite low (listed in class 2) but the more you climb, the harder the path, it practically climbs (class 5).
At the very top, we have the reward. The panoramic landscape we have is incredible and stretches for several kilometers.
